These terms govern your use of the San Diego Aircraft Detailers website. By using the site you agree to them. Detailing work itself is governed by the quote or service agreement we confirm with you in writing.
1. Using this website
You may use this website to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or submit false or unlawful information.
We collect only what we need to respond to you and provide our services.
2. Quotes and scheduling
Prices and timeframes on this website are general information, not offers. A quote becomes binding only when we confirm it with you in writing. Final pricing depends on the aircraft's size, condition and location, and on the scope agreed before work begins.
Submitting a quote request does not reserve a time slot until we confirm the booking with you.
3. Aircraft access and owner responsibilities
You are responsible for arranging access to the aircraft with the FBO, hangar or airport, and for telling us about any manufacturer or operator cleaning procedures, restricted areas or products that must not be used on your aircraft.
The FAA notes that some washing and corrosion-prevention steps count as maintenance or preventive maintenance under 14 CFR (see FAA InFO 16005). Airworthiness decisions and required maintenance records remain the responsibility of the owner or operator.
4. Intellectual property
The text, photos, logos and design of this website belong to San Diego Aircraft Detailers or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
5. Third-party links
This site links to other websites, such as FAA resources and social media. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, San Diego Aircraft Detailers is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about them will be handled in the courts of San Diego, California.
